Light Your Hope Ministries & Gems for Christ Ministries join efforts to winning souls and spreading the Gospel in Southern Philippines

2009 Davao City largest city (by size) in the Philippines

Several years back, two devoted seventh-day Adventist Christians from Riceville, TN began evangelistic efforts in the southern city of Davao. Last year they invited elder E W Dempsey, a Georgia Cumberland Conference administrator to preach in the harvest crusade. The efforts were rewarded with 173 baptisms on the last Sabbath of the crusade and over 30 ever since.

Marius Serban, founder of Light Your Hope Ministries will be the speaker and featured artist for the 2009 Gems for Christ harvest crusades in the Davao City area.

First harvest will be preached from the Upper Room SDA Church, with live broadcast to that area’s satellite churches. Second harvest will be hosted by the Camus SDA Church broadcasting to its satellite churches, thus two harvest crusades covering most of Davao city, the largest city in the Philippines.
